My Virgin Short Riding Trip With My SP - Kota Tinggi and PermeJaya Jusco

Hello people!

This is rather an old update from March.
I was all hyped up in late March because....
I had my virgin short riding trip out of Singapore, those around JB area are not included.
I only managed to sleep for a few hours.

DBT, Reagan and me went for the trip together.
DBT insisted that I should ride in for an experience instead of heading in as a pillion.
Our initial destinations were Kota Tinggi Waterfall Resort, Desaru and lastly, Permejaya Jusco (for the A&W).

We met up at 9 plus in the morning, I think.
I seriously hate wearing jacket under the hot sun. But for my safety, no choice. Anyway, it prevents me from getting sunburn. I did get sunburns on my hands since I wasn't wearing any gloves. Super ugly!

Throughout the whole journey, my DBT was leading us while Reagan was looking after my ass.
Reagan was saying I'm like some kind of "protected animal".

I have to admit that I was pretty scared at that time as I don't like or rather, afraid of squeezing in between cars. But after this trip, that fear is not that bad anymore.

We were reaching Kota Tinggi.
The bends look fun to play but sandy and there were potholes. Baad~

When we reached Kota Tinggi, I heaved a sigh of relief. Finally!
I parked my bike and quickly removed my full face helmet and jacket. All of us were sweating like pigs! We were hunting for drinks to quench our thirst.

I'm in a total mess.
Both of them say I look like messed up with my messy hair and tired face.

Actually, this photo proves that I am not the only one who look messed up.

This is the foot of the waterfall.
Filled with lots of people. It doesn't look appealing to me to soak myself in the water anymore.
No matter how warm I feel, nothing is going to make me soak myself in that. I can't imagine what else are in there.

We then decided to climb up higher. The tall steps didn't make anything easier for us.

After battling the tall steps and slippery walkpath, we finally reached the top.
The number of people in the water is just so "scary".

After much deliberation, we decided to skip the idea of soaking ourselves in the water and head over to Desaru instead.
So tentatively, we rode, climbed up and sweat like pigs to have a few sticks there.

A couple more shots before leaving for Desaru.

到此一游!

After we are done with camwhoring, we hit the roads again.

Unfortunately, it was raining fat cats and dogs at the highway to Desaru.
I could feel the ginormous raindrops pelleting on me though I am wearing jacket. It hurts and I was shivering like hell. Put it simply, I'm just weak.

We stopped over at a petrol station and decided that we should head over to Permejaya Jusco instead. The weather at the road ahead of us seemed forbidding. The journey back was torturing. Rain is another weak point of mine. Having to ride in the rain and weaving is just not my thing. Dropping into the damn pothole didnt make anything easier for me. My handlebars shoke terribly, somewhat similar to "Tank-slapping". I nearly lost control and that feeling, is scary!

Fortunately, I manage to survive to Permejaya Jusco. LOL!
I know I am exaggerating.

The RootBeer Floats were utterly disappointing.
In fact, it tasted funny.

The food were really average.

After that, it was home sweet home.
Went straight into coma-mode when I hit the sacks.

This trip was definitely a positive experience for me.
I shall promise myself that I will get adequate sleep the next time (should there be any more trips).

PS. Malaysian drivers are more bike-friendly as compared to most of the drivers in Singapore.

On a side note, here's something to share with everyone.

I Now Can Make My Own Pizza Sweet!

This is just a random post.

I came across this gummy sweet at NTUC Fairprice.
Apparently, you are supposed to make this sweet on your own.
Definitely very very cute.

The sweet is nice to eat but the "red stuff" (supposed to be the pizza sauce) spoils everything.
So, if you are making one on your own, skip that "red stuff". You will regret for adding that in for sure. The little white and yellow toppings actually fizzles when you add them to the "red stuff". Looks weird.

Recent Favourite Loots

I have got nothing better to do and here I am.

Anyway, DBT brought me to an awesome shop with awesome food.
It was located at Lucky Plaza.

DBT had chicken.
Absolutely delicious!

And I had beef. There's something very peculiar about it.
It was smashed and fried. The colour doesn't look too appetizing either. It was black inside-out!
Too dry and salty for my liking.

But I must say I absolutely love the chili!
Full of flavour and spicy-goodness!

If you can't take spiciness well, don't be a jackass mixing tons of it with your rice.
Initially I have underestimated the power of the chili and 1 cup of Ice-Chendol wasn't enough to do the trick.

After that we went over to Daiso.
This ridiculous thing caught my attention.

Guess what the hell it is?
I guessed it is a case for banana and indeed it was!

I wonder how useful it really is.
Even the camera is not too contented with it by putting it out of focus. Lol!

Really pretty!
Unfortunately it is not in purple.

Really gotta love this ashtray!
It is practical and is in a nice shade of purple.
Couldn't bear to use it for a few days.

Another loved buy!
You see, I'm not the kind who splurge on shoes and bags but I have got to get myself a pair of slippers.
I have no slippers beforehand. Sad case!

But anyway, it's cheap and pretty. So, why not?

Look at this cute stuff!
It is suppose to alleviate the snoring problem.

Obviously it is not for myself  and I have no idea if it works. ahaha!

But still, these 2 are my top favourite!
Got it from OG Bugis.

DBT and I went up to the Toys Departure in search of bike models but instead these Kuromi Wallet and Hairbrush caught my attention. I wanted to pay them myself but DBT insisted on picking the tab.

I don't have the habit of combing my hair, even when I woke up.
I guess the most I would do is running my fingers through my hair before and after riding.

But with this lovely comb, I've been combing my hair more frequently!
I couldn't resist the temptation of exploiting my Kuromi Hairbrush.

No more messy and tangled hair! Wee!

Oh! By the way, I don't have perfect eyesight. I'm a freaking "Four-eyed Frog" (in Chinese).

I have got quite a number of Kuromi wallet.
Before changing to this wallet, I had been using a Kuromi pouch too for a year.

I have been telling DBT how it actually look kiddish, somewhat not suitable for someone of my age to be using. But, to heck with it, as long as it is Kuromi, I'll love it.

I hate how the designers actually took the time and effort to design Hello Kitty stuffs suitable for adults but totally neglect Kuromi! Why like that?!

Got myself this bag at Bugis a few weeks back.
My poor sling bag broke and hence I got to get a new one, otherwise I have got nothing to dump my stuffs in.

Searched the whole of Bugis Village before coming across this.
Not too small for me to dump my cardigan and anything else in, yet not too big for me to carry when I'm riding.

Super duper love the small pockets at the sides.

Got this pair of shoes from Bugis Village too.
Love the height of its heels and the blings at the front.

The shoelaces are laces, not the normal boring kind.

Shall end this post abruptly with a huge-ass photo of my face! Muahahah!
P.S. No falsies
